Support Coordinaiton

I wasn’t built to keep the peace.

I was built to be a disruptor.

Support Coordination without the lip service

We've all sat through those meetings.

You know the ones..."We put participants first”, "We're person-centred” “Your goals are our priority."

I've heard it all. Truthfully? I used to say those things too. After more than a decade working in the NDIS, I've realised something.

Participants and families don't want another provider telling them what they're going to do. They want someone who actually does it.

Someone who returns the call. Someone who reads the legislation. Someone who is honest when they miss something or make an error and then fixes it.

Someone who challenges poor decisions. Someone who isn't afraid to ask the hard questions.

Someone who keeps pushing when everyone else has accepted "no" as the answer. That's me.

I'm independent. I'm direct. I'm passionate, and I care deeply about the people I support.

I don't just coordinate supports; I fight for outcomes.

When something doesn't make sense, I go looking for the legislation, the Operational Guidelines, the Rules and the evidence. If I believe a participant isn't receiving what they're entitled to, I'll push fiercely and professionally until every reasonable avenue has been explored.

I don't believe in ticking boxes, I believe in changing outcomes. And here's the truth...

I don't fuck around.

I'm probably not the right Support Coordinator if you're looking for someone who will nod along, send a couple of emails and hope everything works itself out.

But if you want someone who will stand beside you, challenge systems when they need to be challenged, and back themselves with knowledge, evidence and experience, then we'll probably get along just fine.

Because when I take someone on, I'm all in.

I'll invest every part of my professional experience, knowledge and determination into helping you navigate not only the NDIS, but the systems surrounding you.

You deserve someone who's willing to do more than talk about putting participants first.

You deserve someone who proves it.

Proof not promises

“Courtney’s support has changed our life”

“After an unsuccessful plan review with our previous Support Coordinator Courtney started working with our family and pulled apart the review, assisted us to resubmit with Evidence that mattered and we got a Home and Living Outcome we never thought was possible.
We get to be Mum and Dad now and our Adult Son is able to live his life Independently and Safely".”

“I would be homeless without Courtney’s help”

“When my partner and I had a housing crisis Courtney stepped up and supported us coordinating our services and keeping us informed about the processes and supported us with Informed Decision making the whole way. She was relentless and did not stop until it was resolved.”

“Courtney’s support has changed our life”

“I went to Courtney with my plan in a mess, no supports, huge changes to my needs and no idea where to start. She supported me with Empathy and a Fuck you attitude for all the systems that had failed me. She pushed for my needs and supported me through a full plan review start to finish. Courtney has always been honest with me about her role and has built my capacity to navigate parts of the Scheme myself. I know what to look for in agreements and am confident I won’t get taken advantage of again! ”
