Hi, I’m Courtney.

For as long as I can remember, I have believed that everyone deserves to be heard, understood and empowered to make informed decisions about their future.

My passion for disability advocacy began long before my career. Growing up as a young carer for family members living with Multiple Sclerosis, I experienced first-hand the challenges of navigating complex systems and the importance of having someone who genuinely listens and advocates alongside you.

Today, with more than 10 years' experience in the disability sector and while completing a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours), I combine practical experience with evidence-based practice to support participants, families and providers to navigate the NDIS with confidence.

My work spans independent Support Coordination, NDIS plan reviews, evidence writing, professional training and strategic consulting, underpinned by almost a decade of experience across Support Coordination, Plan Management and disability service delivery. Whether I'm advocating for a participant, mentoring a provider or delivering education through The Funding Blueprint, my focus is always the same creating stronger evidence, clearer pathways and better outcomes.

I believe that meaningful change starts with knowledge, collaboration and a well-designed plan. That's why everything I do is built around one simple philosophy:

Blueprints Before Breakthroughs.

My Approach

The NDIS can feel overwhelming. Between legislation, funding decisions, reports and reviews, it's easy to lose sight of the person at the centre of it all.

My approach is simple: people always come first.

Every participant, family and provider I work with has a unique story, and I believe the best outcomes come from listening first, understanding the bigger picture and building a clear strategy based on individual goals not assumptions.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in asking the right questions, gathering meaningful evidence and creating practical pathways that empower people to make informed decisions with confidence.

What you can expect

✔ Person-centred, collaborative support

✔ Evidence-based advice and advocacy

✔ Honest, practical guidance

✔ A commitment to empowering; not creating dependency

Evidence that makes a DIFFERENCE

Strong outcomes don't happen by chance they're built on quality evidence and that clearly links to the systems you are working in.

Whether I'm supporting an NDIS plan review, preparing a Home and Living submission, mentoring a provider or coordinating supports, my focus is on creating clear, well-reasoned evidence that reflects each person's circumstances and aligns with the NDIS framework and Legislation.

Education creates empowerment

One of my greatest passions is helping people understand the why behind the process.

I believe participants, families and professionals make stronger decisions when they understand how the NDIS works, what evidence is required and how to advocate effectively. That's why education is embedded into every service I provide from Support Coordination to The Funding Blueprint.
